Come join us for an Admirals Dance Class taught by Admirals Dancer Solange! We will warm up, stretch, and learn a short and fun dance combo. The combo will be taught step by step.

Come take a Pro Prep class with Allyson Gunderman! Ally was a Baltimore Blast Cheerleader as well as a Jacksonville Jaguars Cheerleader! We will be warming up, stretching, going across the floor, and learning a short combo. At the end we will have a Q&A session with Ally about her experience as a Pro Cheerleader.
